Dutch Kills CSA offers special orders of sweet corn from Saunderskill Farm, an 11th-generation family farm near Hepworth. This corn is not organic but it is non-GMO. Hepworth vetted 20 farms to find the best source for corn and they choose Saunderskill Farm because of the quality of their corn and their deep commitment to farming sustainably (i.e., no till, crop rotation, and use of cover crops to replenish the soil).
