MINERVA'S EMPANADAS

Minerva’s Empanadas is a delicious homemade empanada share that you pick up once a month for six months. Each month you will receive 5 frozen empanadas + a small container of aji (hot sauce). That’s 5 empanadas x 6 deliveries = 30 empanadas @ $4 each = $120 per share. See below for delivery dates.

Minerva’s Empanadas are Columbian-style from El Choco in the Pacific region of Columbia, with a corn shell that makes them gluten-free. They are made from scratch in Sunnyside, using a family recipe that’s been handed down for generations. They even grind their own corn so the shell is extra crispy! The empanadas are frozen so you can enjoy them whenever you like, just bake or fry them to reheat. You get to choose the flavors you want each month.
