Long Island oyster farmer Sixto Portilla offers Maris Stella Blue Point Oysters, which are delicate and briny in flavor. Sixto and his wife and their five children are stewards of our local waterways: they tend hundreds of thousands of oysters that help keep the waters of the Great South Bay clean and clear. Best of all, Sixto’s bivalves are the freshest you can get: the oysters you pick up in the afternoon were happily feeding in the bay that morning.
