Whole Tomatoes Canning Workshop
Follow along with Dutch Kills CSA member Amanda Collins as she demonstrates how to can whole tomatoes.
She’ll walk through the items needed for canning, how to peel, sterilize, pack, and process whole tomatoes using a water bath canning method. This method of canning is great for first-time home canners and most of the equipment can be found in a standard kitchen. Preserve the flavors of summer at their peak and enjoy them all year.
